Founded in 1976, Shandong Laiwu Electric Porcelain Co., Ltd mainly engages in the development and production of some products for high voltage transmission and distribution lines of 500kV and below, such as porcelain insulators, composite insulators, zinc oxide arresters, high voltage fuses, disconnectors and so on. As a member of China Electrical Appliances Industry Association, Laiwu Electric Porcelain Co., Ltd is a provincial high-tech enterprise which not only was recommended by the State Economy & Trade Commission as one of the first batch of manufacturers to provide main equipment for the National Town &Village Power Network Construction & Reform, but won the Laiwu City Industrial Enterprise Development Award. Besides, its brand has been awarded the Shandong famous brand and its products such as porcelain insulators, composite insulators and arresters have passed the qualification verification of the State Grid Corporation.
Having produced insulators for over three decades, Laiwu Electric Porcelain Co., Ltd currently occupies more than 41,000 square meters with > 200 high experienced and skilled employees and over hundreds of millions revenue. It has certified by the IS09001 international quality system and the IS014001 environmental management system, and operated under both system strictly to ensure high quality products. Therefore, its product quality has reached the domestic advanced level.
Currently, Laiwu Electric Porcelain Co., Ltd owns a 100-meters tunnel kiln which produces 8,000 tons of porcelain insulators annually, and a production workshop with an annual capacity to produce millions of composite insulators and 300,000 arresters. Much attention has been paid to the research and development of new products and new technologies. So far, it has undertaken provincial science and technology innovation projects for many times and registered 13 patents. The quality of our products has certified by the National Insulator Surge Arrester Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Center, and welcomed by customers national wide, including Shandong, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Beijing, Tianjin, Hebei, Henan, Liaoning, Jilin, Heilongjiang, Shanxi, Inner Mongolia, Ningxia, Hubei, Fujian, etc.
