Thirdly, sort out orders in hand to prevent the risk of late delivery. For orders in hand, if there is any possibility of delay in delivery, we will negotiate with the customer as soon as possible to adjust the delivery time, strive for the customers’ understanding, re-sign the relevant agreement or supplementary agreement, adjust the trade documents, and keep a written record of the communication. If no agreement can be reached through negotiation, the customer can cancel the order accordingly. Blind delivery should be avoided in case that further loss.
